FIGHT![edit | edit source]

Choose from nine heroes with an assortment of weapons and abilities to suit your playstyle, from swords and rocket launchers to AI laser turrets, bongo drums, and boomerangs. You can even steal monster’s attacks and use them as your own. No one said you had to fight fair.

DIE![edit | edit source]

So you think you can slay all the monsters and win eternal glory, is that it? Bad news, hero. In the Spiral Shards, we can only send in one hero at a time to fight the Ceaseless Dirge. At some point, a flaming blue fireball, mech mortar rocket, or giant spike of doom is going to hit you in the face, and you’re going to die. That’s when the fun begins.

When you die, you’ll leave behind an Echo of your hero on the battlefield. The next hero in line will be able to resurrect your Echo as an AI battle companion. Take turns continuing each other’s games, fighting and dying with friends until you have an entire army of Echoes by your side. Everyone dies. Heroes continue.

It’s going to happen. But in the Spiral Shards, every fallen hero leaves behind an echo, which can be called back to life by other heroes. Combine the echoes you raise to form Ancients, epic allies who can deal massive damage or save you from the brink of defeat. All your deaths will not be in vain.

WIN![edit | edit source]

Earn prestige for every game you play, with bonus bonuses for epic monster-slaying. Use your prestige to unlock the most powerful versions of your favorite heroes, for only the strongest of Heroes will be invited to the Champions Trials, your greatest challenge yet.
